Sometimes, you may need to pause an active campaign in ReplyForce. This can be useful if you need to make changes to your campaign or if you want to temporarily stop sending messages to your recipients. Here are the steps to pause a campaign:
Click the Campaigns Tab
First, log in to your ReplyForce account and navigate to the Campaigns tab in the panel on the left-hand side of the screen. This will show you a list of all the campaigns you have created in ReplyForce.
Select the Campaign You Want to Pause
Next, click on the active campaign that you want to pause. This will take you to the campaign dashboard where you can see the details of your campaign.
Pause the Campaign
In the top right corner of the campaign dashboard, you will see a button labeled "Pause Campaign." Click on this button to pause the campaign. Once you click the button, the campaign will stop sending messages to your recipients.
Resume the Campaign
If you need to resume the campaign at any time, simply follow the same steps and click the "Resume Campaign" button in the same location where the "Pause Campaign" button was located.
