ReplyForce is an efficient and user-friendly platform designed to help you create, manage, and optimize your email campaigns. In this article, we will cover the key steps involved in building an audience, creating a sequence, and launching your campaign using the Replyforce platform.
1. Build an Audience
There are two ways to create an audience. You can leverage ReplyForce contacts by locating them within the platform or you can upload a list of contacts manually.
a.) Create a new campaign using ReplyForce contacts.
- First, select what kind of prospects you are looking for and industries you want to reach. Then use ReplyForce filters to refine your ideal audience. For more information about refining an audience, click here.
- When you are satisfied with your filter selection, click 'Apply'.
b.) Add contacts from an XLSX file.
Your file should only contain at least two columns: Name, Email. For more information about importing contacts, click here.
2. Create a Sequence
- Choose an email template or create one from scratch. For more information about using email templates, click here.
- Create sequence steps. For more information about creating a sequence, click here.
- Create your ReplyForce account using your email address.
- Connect your account to your mailbox. Choose between Gmail or Outlook. For more information about connecting your mailbox, click here.

3. Launch your Campaign!
